What it is
Potential's production AI platform. It hosts a library of agents and domain experts, real-time voice agents, and streaming avatars — multi-model and multi-tenant, with retrieval, CRM automation and Stripe billing behind them.
The content agents run on LangGraph: a writer, a researcher, a social agent and a press-release agent, each a graph rather than a single prompt.
The voice and avatar path
Real-time voice runs over Vapi, LiveKit and SIP, with Deepgram for speech-to-text and ElevenLabs or Polly for speech back, and every call summarised afterwards. Avatars stream through HeyGen.
Underneath, several model families are addressable — Claude, Gemini, GPT and Groq — with retrieval over Pinecone and MongoDB. Tenancy, Google SSO, Stripe billing and CRM automation across HubSpot, Mailchimp and SendGrid sit around all of it.
